Taking part in London‘s Flamenco Festival running from10th to 25th of February, are some of Spain‘s greatest flamenco artists bringing the magic of Spanish traditional music. It´s a great opportunity to see the brilliantly expressive and vibrant, flamenco guitarist Vicente Amigo who mixes flamenco puro with elements of bulería, bolero, rumba, tango and alegría. This amazing guitarist apart from having a long professional career behind him and winning a Latin Grammy for best Flamenco album in 2001, has worked with renowned Spanish film-maker Pedro Almodovar on the film “Talk to her” composing and interpreting a song for the film.

He will perform work from his new album, on the 15th of February at Sadler’s Wells. The album was released in 2005, it looks to the tradition of Flamenco for inspiration and succeeds in being a great and timeless display of guitar playing.
